Player Fees

The fee range for each player is determined by the total team cost divided by the number of rostered athletes. Fee range is calculated based on teams carrying 10 to 12 players. Coaches are encouraged to roster 12 whenever possible to help keep individual costs lower and to create more playing opportunities within the club.

Team costs include, but are not limited to, practice time, dryland training (15-18U), athlete gear, Volleyball Alberta Premiers and Provincials, Nationals (15-18U), one additional one day tournament within the approved fee cap, and coach honorariums/travel expenses for coaches assigned to that team.

12U - $1500-$1800

  • 2 – Volleyball Alberta 1 day Premier tournaments
  • 1 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Provincial tournament
  • 1 – 1 day tournament of the teams choosing (fee cap)
  • 2 – 90 min practices per week
  • 1 Jersey, Shorts for boys, Sweatpants, Hoodie

13U - $1900-$2280

  • 2 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Premier tournaments
  • 1 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Provincial tournament
  • 1 – 1 day tournament of the teams choosing (fee cap)
  • 2 – 2 hr practices per week
  • 2 Jerseys, Shorts for boys, Sweatpants, Hoodie

14U - $2200-$2640

  • 3 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Premier tournaments
  • 1 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Provincial tournament
  • 1 – 1 day tournament of the teams choosing (fee cap)
  • 3 – 2 hr practices per week
  • 2 Jerseys, Shorts for boys, Sweatpants, Hoodie

15U - $2650-$3180

  • 3 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Premier tournaments
  • 1 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Provincial tournament
  • 1 – 3 day Nationals tournament
  • 1 – 1 day tournament of the teams choosing (fee cap)
  • 3 – 2 hr practices per week
  • 1 – 1 hr dryland strength training per week
  • 2 Jerseys, Shorts for boys, Sweatpants, Hoodie 

16U - $2800-$3360

  • 3 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Premier tournaments
  • 1 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Provincial tournament
  • 1 – 3 day Nationals tournament
  • 1 – 1 day tournament of the teams choosing (fee cap)
  • 3 – 2 hr practices per week

17U - $3050-$3900

JR KODIAKS - $3250-$3900

  • 3 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Premier tournaments
  • 1 – Volleyball Alberta 2 day Provincial tournament
  • 1 – 3 day Nationals tournament
  • 1 – 1 day tournament of the teams choosing (fee cap)
  • 3 – 2 hr practices per week
  • 1 – 1 hr dryland strength training per week
