CAMPS AND REGISTRATION

If Lethbridge Volleyball Club cancels the session you have registered for, a full refund will be given. Lethbridge Volleyball Club is not responsible for any changes or cancellation charges incurred by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions. Only a participant’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) have the authority to request a refund. Full refunds, minus a $25 non-refundable administration fee, will be given on all cancellations requested more than 15 days before the first day of the registered session. No refunds will be given on any cancellations that occur 14 days before the first day of camp. Medical exceptions may apply.
