The LVC season is where the magic happens. From the first tryout to the final championship point, our athletes and coaches dive into a fast paced, competitive and unforgettable journey. Each season brings new talent, new challenges and new moments that remind us why LVC is the largest and most driven volleyball club in southern Alberta. Our teams train hard, compete fiercely and showcase a level of passion and grit that turns every practice and tournament into something special. With athletes growing stronger, friendships forming, coaches leading with purpose and families cheering loud from the stands, the LVC season is more than volleyball, it is an experience that brings our whole community together.
TRYOUT
Step One, Register for tryouts through our official link and ensure all required information is completed before attending.
LOI
Step Two, If selected, athletes will receive a Letter of Intent, review it carefully and sign it by the deadline to secure their roster spot.
upgrade
Step Three, Visit the Volleyball Alberta website and upgrade your athlete profile to a competitive player to finalize eligibility for the season. There will be an upgrade charge from Volleyball Alberta
train
Step Four, Begin regular practices, where athletes build skills, develop game understanding and strengthen team chemistry. For athletes in 15U and older, dryland training is also included to support strength, conditioning and overall performance.

Step Five, Compete in premier events and tournaments, applying the skills, teamwork and confidence developed throughout practices and training.

Step Six, Grow as an athlete and teammate, building confidence, resilience and a deeper love for the game throughout the season.
