PICKLEBALL

 
1.  Book ONLY once a day. If a spot is open 1 hour prior to start time you are welcome to book in. You cannot put your name on the waitlist if you have already played; there must be a spot open.
 
2. Please don’t put your name on 2 waitlists in one day or put on a waitlist even though you are already booked into one time slot. Choose one time to play.
 
3. Practice times do not count as play time.
 
4. Show respect and consideration of all players, please cancel your bookings by 9:00pm the night before you are scheduled to play. For illness and emergency situations, cancel as soon as possible.
 
5. Players will be removed from Team Reach for a period of 1week after their second occurrence of an unexcused no-show or late cancellation. For overbookings players will be deleted out of their second booking for that day.
 
6. Please ensure that you only sign up for level play sessions that match your rating. If space is available a minimum of 1 hour prior to start time, a player rated 0.25 above or below the posted level of play may book into that timeslot. (You may not add your name to the waitlist until 1hour prior to start time either.)
 
7. Fees are based on approximately 3plays per week so please try to book accordingly initially and then use the waitlist or the “1-hour prior” guidelines to add playtimes to your week.

8. If you are in the first time slot of the day please set up the Pickleball Nets.

9. If you are in the last time slot of the day please put away Pickleball Nets.
